Did you know Gladstone Entertainment Centre is able to provide ticketing services for your event, even if its not being held at the theatre? Our experienced staff can take the stress out of ticketing your event, whether it be a seated function, a sporting event, a stadium-sized concert, or anything in between.
Your listing on our website will ensure that patrons are adequately informed of options such as seating arrangements, special dietary requirements and special needs facilities. For your out-of-town guests, we can include information on preferred accommodation providers, dining options and essential services. We can even include a link to your own event web page. We have the facilities and experience to process all bookings, whether they be for individuals, small groups or large delegations.
Patrons have the choice of purchasing their tickets by cash, cheque or major credit card. They have the option of booking in person or over the phone. They can also access our online facility to purchase tickets at any time of the day or night and have their tickets delivered direct to their inbox within seconds. Your guests may choose their own table seating where you have provided us with a seating plan of the venue.
As a Gladstone Entertainment Centre ticketing client, your event will be advertised free of charge on the following mediums:

Would you like to have your function outdoors but worry about the weather? Gladstone Entertainment Centre Marquee is a silk-lined marquee available for hire to suit from 50 to 500+ guests. We can even arrange chairs, tables, staging, audio visual equipment, catering and more.

Wheelchair Access
If you have special requirements, please advise our friendly box office staff at time of booking and they will be more than happy to assist.
Mobility Impaired Access
Please advise our friendly box office staff of your needs when purchasing tickets so the hearing system is available for your use when you arrive to see your chosen performance.
Parking
When attending a performance at the GEC Marquee, please use the CQ University carpark, across from the marquee.
